SAF: Level 1 (Stepped eyebolt)
SAFX: Level 2 (Stepped eyebolt, hex nut)
SAFS: Level 3 (Stepped eyebolt, hex nut, shroud)
SAFL: Level 4 (Stepped eyebolt, hex nut, shroud, lockout device)
