Tri-Clamp Gaskets & Hygienic Seals

ACL gaskets are manufactured for use in the Data Center, Hygienic and Pharmaceutical industries where standard tube/pipe couplings are required. All ACL gaskets are FDA approved as a minimum requirement with USP Class VI widely available and are supplied as Type 2 Lipped as standard, aiding the ease of assembly. We stock a full range of gasket sizes and materials to suit all the popular standards including : BS4825-3, DIN32676, ISO1127, Schedule 5 & 10 sizes and we also offer gaskets with a mesh or orifice plate insert.

Available gasket materials can be grouped into three main types: Elastomer, Polymer Solid & Polymer Envelope. Available Elastomers include EPDM, Silicone & Viton. Polymers include PTFE, PEEK & TFM. Envelope gaskets comprise of a Polymer body with an Elastomer inner (Viton as standard).

For enhanced traceability & identification, all gaskets can be laser marked on request.
